SiYou is an AI companion product. Even where an AI pal seems warm, familiar, emotionally aware, or personally attentive, it remains a generated software experience rather than a human relationship.

An AI pal has no consciousness, feelings, needs, independent intent, duty of care, or ability to act in the physical world. First-person statements, affection, concern, memory, and apparent life events are generated elements of the experience and must not be understood as proof of a real person or reciprocal relationship.

Nothing on SiYou should be treated as legal, medical, financial, investment, therapeutic, safety, or other professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for decisions, disclosures, interpretations, and actions arising from their use of the service.

Do not rely on SiYou's replies, memory behavior, tone, affection, warnings, reassurance, or apparent continuity as a dependable basis for important real-world decisions.

The service may generate outputs that are mistaken, inconsistent, emotionally overconfident, or poorly suited to your actual circumstances.

SiYou may initiate messages or use remembered context, but this does not mean it is monitoring your wellbeing. It may forget, distort, or incorrectly infer facts and may not recognize urgency or danger.

SiYou is not designed to detect, assess, monitor, or respond to emergencies, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, or threats. Do not wait for an AI pal to identify a crisis or contact help. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. For other urgent concerns, contact an appropriate crisis service, qualified professional, or trusted person.

You must not disclose highly sensitive personal information in your profile or chats. In particular, do not disclose any financial information under any circumstances.

• No bank details, payment-card information, investment instructions, payroll information, tax numbers, or account balances.
• No passwords, passcodes, or security credentials.
• No sensitive third-party information that you are not entitled to share.

Automated voice transcription, link summaries, news content, and other generated context may contain errors or omit important detail. Verify source material before relying on it.

Group chats are not private one-to-one spaces. Other participants can preserve or disclose your messages and recordings outside the Service, beyond Faivv Limited's control.

Brand direction, product scope, safety controls, memory systems, proactive behavior, and interface features may change significantly over time. Past behavior is not a guarantee of future product behavior.

SiYou is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and it may be subject to downtime, maintenance, or technical failure at any time, with or without notice.

The Service depends on third-party software, SDKs, browsers, mobile operating systems, app stores, cloud providers, and AI-model providers. Those dependencies may change, be deprecated, or become unavailable, and features that rely on them may be modified, degraded, or discontinued without notice.
